Your Role Accountabilities:
OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Overseeing and providing maintenance for Office 365 solutions, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platforms and Microsoft Teams.
• Tracking and managing the operational status and efficiency of Office 365 services.
• Facilitating the transition of services to Office 365 and the integration with external applications.
• Offering technical assistance and instructional support to users on utilizing Office 365 features and collaborative tools.
• Creating and upholding documentation related to Office 365 setup, processes, and guidelines.
• As an O365 administrator, your involvement extends to testing within O365 related projects, ensuring services align with project criteria and performance benchmarks....Qualifications & Experiences:
• 2+ years of prior experience in a related field (media, entertainment, business development or streaming services industry experience a plus)
• Administer and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Administer PowerApps, Power Automate , PowerBI environments.
• Monitor and manage the health and performance of Office 365 services.
• Assist with the migration of services to Office 365 and the integration of third-party applications.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Office 365 capabilities and collaboration tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Office 365 configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
Not Required but preferred experience:
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Certifications in Office 365 or related technologies....We offer
