Job Description
We are hiring a commercial manager to support EA's business in the LATAM region. As part of a global publishing organization you will have two areas of responsibility:

1) help the commercial success of EA franchises within LATAM

2) execute global plans to facilitate growth of the market share of our PC Digital platform, Origin.

You will work closely with EA franchise leaders to ensure that our games and commercial strategies are optimized for the diverse range of players throughout LATAM. Additionally you will execute our digital commercial strategy in the region to expand the reach of Origin and our growing network of digital gaming experiences.

Your objectives for this role are to drive revenue, increase engagement in and monetization of our games' live service campaigns and acquire players into our industry-leading subscription service, EA Access. This is a high-visibility role that will require you to build trust and manage relationships with partners across LATAM and EA teams across the globe.

Key Objectives:
• Represent franchises within LATAM and represent LATAM within franchise planning by:
• • Driving local execution of global franchise strategies
• Lead territory commercial input into franchise strategy
• Surface territory opportunity and risk
• Ensure local commercial and marketing team alignment
• Be the voice of the franchise locally
• Partner with country managers to build territory 3-year strategy
• Manage and execute local partnerships
• • Lead commercial programs with license partners (e.g. Disney)
• Lead merchandise initiatives in partnership with global EA brand teams
• Manage local relationships and execution with brand partners (e.g. Coca Cola)
• Explore and test new opportunities with non-traditional partners (e.g. Telcos)
• Innovate on competitive gaming partnership opportunities
• Lead commercial programs with console partners (Sony, Microsoft) in coordination with global digital team
• Execute global deals and surface local opportunities
• Implement and optimize the commercial strategy for Origin
• • Implement regional commercial strategies for LATAM with an emphasis on growth markets
• Optimize commercial strategy for PC product lifecycle from pre-launch through live service campaign
• Manage and communicate PC promotion and pricing plans to ensure accuracy in financial forecasts and franchise plans
• Translate market-level nuance and competitive understanding into compelling business cases
• Identify and advocate for platform features that enrich commercial activity and player experience
• Build insightful reporting and share key learnings to partners and senior leaders
• Collaborate with merchandising team on platform messaging to support commercial strategies and objectives

Skills/Core Competencies:
• Proven track record implementing and optimizing customer-facing strategy for an online business; experience in e-commerce or subscription services a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing data, drawing insights and using them to build a business case
• Industry-leading negotiation skills and demonstrated success in achieving strong outcomes
• Ability to influence and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously with high standards and excellent follow-through
• History of driving change supported by data and solid business rationale
• High proficiency in manipulating data using Microsoft Office/G Suite software; familiarity with analytics applications (Tableau, Google Analytics) a plus

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in sales or marketing role for business-to-consumer (B2C) venture
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work through ambiguity and complexity while maximizing limited resources
• Strategic thinker who loves finding creative solutions to hard problems
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven history of effectively collaborating with and influencing diverse range of stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree from a selective undergraduate institution
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills
