Sinclair Networks General Market Sales Coordinator – West Palm Beach, FL
COMET TV Network is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to support National General Market sales Account Executives and Sales Management based in LA & NY.
Responsibilities Include:
Customer Service:
Day-to-day point of contact for assistant buyers at media agencies
Answer agency calls & emails, field questions, respond quickly to requests
Constant communication with Sales Account Executives and Sales Management
Weekly status meetings with sales team
Deal Maintenance:
Maintain OSI Agency/Advertiser/Brand codes & manage requests for new codes
Coordinate with network credit department to clear new advertisers
Receive and input new orders & revisions from sales AE
Enter quarterly flighting of deals per buyer specs prior to start of each quarter
Confirm with both agency & traffic: quarterly flighting, hiatus, separation, cut-offs, program restrictions
Request PHeaders from agencies and deals electrically via EDI. Confirm receipt.
Enter weekly brand allocations per buyer specs, adjust to network log deadlines accordingly
Enter approved added value sponsorship elements in Dealmaker at the direction of sales
Send pre and post log reports to agencies at their request
Pull daily preemption reports and resolve preemptions in a timely manner
Send Makegood requests to agency for approval, enter approved MG/Credits
Maintain email record of approvals for all deal changes for reference in billing discrepancies
Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies in a timely manner, submit credit requests as needed
Work with traffic to resolve communication issues between Dealmaker & OSI (rejected revisions)
Deal Stewardship
Upload weekly Nielsen C3 ratings file to Dealmaker
Send weekly updated delivery reports to agency
Send approved ADU packages to agency for approval
Enter confirmed ADU into Dealmaker/OSI
Assist sales with pulling together post-delivery reports following each quarter
Resolve discrepancies in post reports
1-3 years of experience required in customer service, sales, administration, or related field
Communicate clearly and professionally (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers and data
Resourceful problem solver
Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple internal and external requests
Willingness to be a team player
College degree preferred
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
MediaOcean, Dealmaker, OSI, WideOrbit experience is a plus
