Director, Retirement Programs

Job Description

DESCRIPTION:
• Project management, supporting the VP, Global Retirement Programs
• Day-to-day management and review of processes with DB and DC outsourcing vendors
• Support with both US and non-US DB and DC plans - benefit calculations, employee communications, plan interpretation
• Support VP, HR Finance and Controller with data and audit projects
• Work closely with the VP, Global Retirement Programs on all DB and DC plan related appeals and subpoenas
• Manage the NDT process for both DB and DC plans
• Support HR Generalists with day to day employee inquiries
• Prepare reporting and coordination of all non-qualified DC payments and present annual review for approval by VP, Global Retirement Programs
• Review all retirement invoices for presentation to VP, Global Retirement Programs
• Oversee the funding procedures for DB and DC plans
• Determine/Approve eligibility for DC Non-Qualified Executive Plans
• Communicate with employees with complex questions on DB and DC plans
• Emphasis on all plan compliance issues
• Oversee tax/benefit filings for the DB and DC Plans
• Liaison to actuarial partners around the world

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 7-10 years' experience working with retirement plans
• Knowledge of current governmental benefit regulations
• MS Office suite
• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills

Preferred:
• Strong mathematics background
• Proven leadership and management experience
