Job Description

We are seeking a Space Data Analytics Manager, reporting to the Director of Occupancy Strategy, to support the day-to-day global space data system and workplace occupancy data of Netflix's growing real estate portfolio.

The focus of the Space Data Analytics Manager role will be the management of Netflix existing CAFM system for all global locations and the analysis and development of space and occupancy reports and dashboards. The role will collaborate and communicate with other members of the global occupancy and space planning team, real estate strategists, designers, and operations specialists worldwide in order to provide spatial data metrics that contribute to delivering global real estate decisions and strategies.

Responsibilities
• Manages all aspects of the global CAFM system & vendor relationships
• Responsible for maintaining accurate data in the space management system for all physical spaces in the global real estate portfolio, this includes occupancy, capacity and vacancy metrics.
• Manages the workflow of maintaining up to date space data changes, including move requests for FF&E and employees, in the CAFM system
• Develop and manage space and occupancy audits for the global portfolio, on a defined cadence, to verify assigned employees, business unit allocations, space types, capacities, seat sharing ratios, and floor plan layouts.
• Develop and implement reporting system from the CAFM data to run historical, current and projected space data reports to support real estate decisions
• Manages global sensor/utilization system & integration with the CAFM system
• Leads the development of spatial and occupancy utilization reports and analyzes data in the CAFM system to create data sets that informs how to optimize space within Netflix offices by region across the globe
• Contributes to the development of playbooks for global system trainings; manages the training of users across the globe, establishing cadences and guidelines depending on user groups
• Defines a global workplace support system to ensure all global spatial and data occupancy data is up to date on a monthly basis
• Manages input and updates of all CAD plans and global occupancy data
• Develops and defines ideal reporting methodologies for automated global and regional data reports
• Monitors, analyses and distributes spatial and occupancy data metrics for all regions
• Develops and maintains dashboards of key spatial and occupancy data
• Leads all system integration efforts with the CAFM system to further enhance the availability and quality of spatial and occupancy data
• Other duties may be assigned
• Travel 25%

Basic Requirements
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management, Data Analytics or Occupancy Planning
• 5+ years of experience in working with datasets, spatial data analytics, occupancy and space planning, space data management
• Experience with software integrations
• Experience in creating dashboards and data reports that support data driven decisions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, open, collaborative environment
• High degree of flexibility and the ability to collaborate, problem solve and multi-task
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Excel, Tableau, GSuite, and CAFM systems
• Knowledge of ADA requirements and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction documents
