Job Description
WCIA 3 News is looking for a talented videographer who can shoot and edit compelling news stories. Our videographers are the best in the market and work daily with a team of talented reporters to produce stories with high production value, strong pace, and visual storytelling technique. This position will provide content to stations across Illinois each day. There is an emphasis on editing, live shots, and special projects.
Ideal candidate will have high-energy approach, a commitment to excellence and the drive to chase after the lead story every day. Plus will be able to handle multiple projects and communicate clearly to execute daily content plans.
Candidates with a college degree and experience at commercial television station are preferred.
This position is in our Springfield, Illinois newsroom.
