The Role

The Content Coordinator will partner with the Development and Production team by providing support to ensure optimal workflow from concept to delivery for non-scripted programming. The Coordinator will work closely within the department to facilitate communications, solve problems and remove blocks to allow all team members to be effective and productive. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized, technically savvy, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

1. Assist in the development process. Write log lines when needed, provide support and coordinate video, paper and other development materials needed for meetings

2. Pull clips and perform basic editing functions for internal meetings including ad sales & Upfront programs

3. Populate and track development project notification forms

4. Coordinate & schedule department team meetings and conference calls

5. Prepare agendas, run video, take notes and book catering for meetings

6. Maintain in-office & department production boards

7. Request media assets for PE's and production companies

8. Schedule industry conferences

9. Provide required information and/or materials for selected award entries

10. Gather and compile weekly team updates

11. Manage screening priority process for content team 12. Complete e-submissions, and project pass letters 13. Use multiple company and department databases to track projects through all stages 14. When requested, provide creative input on select elements of projects 15. Other duties as assigned

Requirements
• 1+ years of production experience; Associate degree in broadcast, film or related field preferred
• Accomplished computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
• Knowledge of Final Cut Pro or similar non-linear editing software
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills and the capability of working on multiple projects in various stages of production in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Impeccable organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to monitor timelines and adjust your work as needed, prioritizing the most important pieces to achieve incredible success
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
