Promotions Videographer / Editor

ABC 7-DC has an immediate opening for a creative Promotions Videographer/Editor!

Responsibilities:
• Shoot and edit compelling promotional campaigns for ABC7.
• Collaborate with producers to storyboard creative concepts, scout locations, and execute final vision on time and on brand.
• Recommend, operate and maintain all production gear including cameras, audio and lighting equipment.
• Edit compelling and impactful opens and teases used within newscasts.
• Edit daily network and syndicated promos as assigned.

Requirements:
• Expert videographer with 4 years of hands on shooting experience. Must be proficient using DSLR cameras and professional lighting equipment.
• Expert editor with 4 years working with Adobe Premiere. Experience with Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D a plus.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Must be a team player willing to collaborate on projects.
• Possess great organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A self-starter with a ''roll-up-your-sleeves, let's get it done'' mentality
• Creative thinker with the ability to execute.
• Proficiency in all MS Office systems including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
