Mobile Strategy Game Producer - Star Wars

We are looking for an experienced Producer to join our new mobile team focused on building strategy games . You will report to our studio's Director of production

Role

As a Producer, you drive execution on a cross-functional development team to build and launch an AAA mobile game. This is a leadership role that involves a high level of interaction with team members and team leadership. Producers focus on product outcomes, feature quality, and stakeholder agreement.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership
• Provide strong leadership to the team, inspire and motivate the team through personal example, enthusiasm, and dedication
• Build a capable team which embraces accountability, looks for opportunities to maximize their potential, and takes pride in their accomplishments
• Build a partnership with the Director of Production
• Establish trust and credibility with team leadership

Production
• Manage execution from concept to live, accountable for meeting milestone commitments and quality targets
• Help manage the product road map which maps major feature deliverables to milestones
• Collaborate with team members to determine content/tech/feature requirements and desired player experience
• Support team leadership in establishing quality targets, setting product vision, and achieving agreement
• Manage live services, including play tests during development
• Identify and track production and organizational issues to completion
• Keep the team informed on development results and changes
• Ensure the team is trained on the necessary skills, processes, and best practices
• Balance priorities, and find creative solutions to achieve results
• Seek knowledge and apply it to improve our studio
• Work closely with our software engineering team

Requirements
• 7+ years of production experience on software development projects
• Experience shipping successful games in a producer role
• Understand mobile application market and business models
• Expertise using production tools and multimedia software applications
• Excellent conceptual and technical writing skills
• Change management, and conflict resolution skills
• High degree of initiative, takes opportunities to make improvements
• Experience partnering with software engineering teams
• Ownership mentality: responsible, invested in outcomes
• Integrity
