Supply Chain Specialist
Reports to: Senior Manager, Master Scheduling with a dotted line to Senior Manager, Operations
Role Overview:
The position operates under limited direction/supervision. Single point of contact for order fulfillment processes, returns for a new release, catalog products, and inventory activities. Support manufacturing and licensing by reviewing contracts and creating/approving PO's as necessary.
Responsibilities:
The management of all areas relating to customer order administration for packaged and digital order processing
Responsible for but not limited to delivery issues, shortage claims, invoicing, pricing disputes.
Support the Key Account Managers in the management of sales return allowance and corresponding approvals and documentation
Create and maintain purchase orders in support of licensing and packaged goods manufacturing
Excellent judgment and interpretation required
Demonstrates the ability to articulate a point of view by communicating opinions on projects and solutions
Ensure inventory accountability for all component and finished goods
Must be able to achieve objectives with minimal management direction and elevates major issues to line manager
Participates in business partners requirements and problem-solving process, recommends solutions, and assists in issues to closure
Ensures we are fully compliant with its internal and external Audit and SOX obligations
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
Assist in additional areas as directed by Management
Qualifications
BS Degree in Business Management / Distribution Management or equivalent preferred
Minimum 2 years of Sales Order Management / Manufacturing / Supply Chain Operations experience
Experience in the interactive / entertainment / digital software industry preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with others in a collaborative manner
Self-starter with a high degree of attention to detail
Oracle or equivalent ERP system application experienced preferred
Proficient with applications including MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Google
