Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

ViacomCBS is seeking an Executive Assistant, Human Resources to support the SVP, Global Total Rewards, the SVP, Global Compensation and the VP, Executive Compensation.

General Responsibilities:
• Support the administrative needs of the SVP Total Rewards and other team members in the department
• Book travel for SVP and team (flights, car service, hotels, etc.)
• Coordinate meetings, town halls, awards and special events for Global Total Rewards Team
• Complete expense reports for the SVP and other departmental leads on a weekly/monthly basis
• General administrative duties to include: answering phones, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendar for SVP Total Rewards, booking conference rooms and other departmental duties as assigned
• Maintain contact list and department meeting times
• Run reports and pull data as requested



QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:
• A minimum of 5 year' experience providing administrative support to executives in a corporate environment

Preferred:
• A college degree is desirable.
• You must be highly organized, have the ability to multi-task, and have excellent Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
• Attention to detail (including good spelling, grammar, and proofing skills) and initiative to prioritize work and juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on long term and short term projects with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and social skills necessary for building positive relationships with peers
• Detail oriented and ability to work under stress with tight deadlines
• Hardworking teammate; desire to learn and grow in HR field
• Ability to be productive in highly fast paced environment
