KRNV/KRXI/KNSN in Reno, NV is seeking a detail oriented, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator! We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills that will facilitate Digital and Broadcast TV campaigns and reporting for local advertisers. The ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, detail-oriented, organized and has an outgoing personality. You will report to and have tremendous support from our Digital Sales Manager and will work for in an emerging market that has tremendous sales opportunity. Most importantly – our team is looking for the right individual to join our fast paced digital sales team to provide small and medium businesses an opportunity to increase their sales and profitability through a 360 degree marketing approach. Success in this role may be achieved by monitoring and understanding competitors, continuing education and awareness of digital media trends, obtaining customers by cold calling, networking and prospecting, and successful negotiations.

Responsibilities include:
• Digital order entry and rivisions
• Creation of PowerPoint presentations, database management, and digital sales report maintenance
• Efficiently work with the team of Marketing Consultants/management team
• Assist with support on local digital business
• Various administrative duties and contract management
• Coordinate with Marketing Consultant and Digital Sales Manager to design successful graphic campaigns for clients, both sold and pending campaigns
• Design graphics for campaigns in an exceptionally timely manner including emails, targeted digital ads in multiple sizes, pencil pushdown ads, countdown clocks, wraps, gutter ads and rich media ads
• Obtain all necessary elements from the Marketing Consultants, client, agency, or client website
• Research and write as necessary copy for emails and digital ads
• Research and obtain digital links for emails (client social media links)
• Revise emails, artwork, ads, as necessary, to fit appropriate ad or email template sizes
• Research and produce App Analytic reports
• Pull analytics reports for digital campaigns using Google Digital Analytics
• Implement Google suite and Google Docs to streamline digital orders and campaigns
• Pull DFP reports for campaigns weekly and at the end of each campaign
• Pull DFP reports to track inventory weekly
• Work with multiple vendor dashboards for reporting weekly on campaigns
• Generate new leads by making cold calls, calling on inactive accounts, and prospecting new business opportunities
• Conduct in-depth client needs analyses to understand clients' business objectives and advertising strategies and find ways to help them achieve their objectives through effective advertising
• Create and present customized sales presentations/proposals
• Understanding of Digital and Broadcast TV advertising and marketing solutions customized to each client's needs, from among our product suite that includes Website Development, CTV, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Programmatic Display, Geo Fencing, Email Marketing, SMS Loyalty Programs, and local news assets
• Client campaign management and retention experience of large multi-market campaigns
• Provide clients with cross platform marketing solutions
• Work with other marketing consultants and managers, as directed

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
• Skilled with MS Office including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical ability
• The ability to meet strict deadlines, while maintaining accuracy
• A bachelor's degree is preferred
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience and/or digital agency experience is preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of digital assets and current digital trends
• Strong oral, problem solving, communications, writing, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Must be a confident, flexible, be able to multitask, and be able to work independently
• The ability to effectively communicate, build rapport, and relate well to all kinds of people
• Professional appearance is a must
• Reliable transportation and a good driving record
