Creative Project Manager, Mobile Marketing

Responsibilities
• Manage task estimation for the creative team
• Identify important path impediments
• Create JIRA and internal tickets and following up with production and studio
• Manage timelines and dynamic production schedules
• Review creative exports to ensure brand adherence
• Provide assets and finished marketing creatives between our teams and external partners
• Ensure each ad meets specs and established naming convention
• Coordinate feedback, approvals, and deadlines
• Create presentations for approval for our teams
• Leading new projects
• Work with Studio Managers, Media Buyers, Product Marketers, and the Quant Marketing Creative Team
• 5+ years of project management and coordination experience

Requirements
• 5+ years of project management and coordination experience
• Comfortable working with a marketing art development pipeline
• Manage contract pipeline for vendor relationships
• Knowledge of production methodologies
• Experience with JIRA, or other project management platforms, and digital asset management
• Passion for mobile games and technology
• Ensure deliverables are met
