ABOUT THE ROLE

Salary: Up to £22,000 DOE

Location: Sheffield/Hybrid remote working

Duration: Temporary 3-month contract

Due to continued expansion, ZOO Digital are currently seeking a Revenue Operations Administrator to join their team. Our Revenue Operations team is the bridge between ZOO's finance department and internal Production, Sales, Marketing, and Artwork teams, communicating effectively to solve any issues with invoice processes or problems with revenue. The RevOps team takes a holistic approach, breaking down communication issues and driving growth through efficiency of process.

As Rev Ops Administrator, you will work with the Head of Rev Ops and Senior Rev Ops Administrator to create and implement processes to improve invoicing and purchase order creation. The role involves the administration and creation of purchase order numbers, and creation of invoices across multiple production teams.

Day to day responsibilities will include;
• Assisting with the creation of monthly billing reports for a major client and their divisions in the US, UK and Singapore, including:
o Running monthly billing reports and working with Production Project Managers to make sure all work is captured.
o Working with the Senior Rev Ops administrator to highlight any changes needed in the rate card to capture all costs correctly.
o Creation of invoices once we have sign off from client.
• Providing support on the creation of purchase orders for the Dubbing group.
• Supporting Production to ensure billing reports are correct and pushed to Finance in a timely manner, ensuring rate card activities are kept up to date.
• Other ad-hoc administration duties to support Rev Ops in driving operational efficiencies.

Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for detail-oriented, organised, and experienced candidates who are capable of working independently. As the role involves constantly reaching out to ZOO's Department and Project Managers to fact check invoices and encourage efficiency, the Rev Ops Administrator must be an excellent communicator who is keen to forge good working relationships with colleagues.

The role will suit applicants with the following skills and experience;
• Proven administration experience, ideally with a background in invoice and purchase order processing
• Data analysis and reconciliation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of working in a process-driven role
• Ability to work autonomously and be a proactive self-starter, taking full ownership of projects, implementing solutions while continuously updating key business stakeholders on progress.
• Excellent maths and Excel skills
• Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels
