Job Description
The Global YouTube Product Partnerships team leads development of YouTube's distribution, growth, strategic marketing, and technology licensing partnerships. In this role, you will work within the YouTube Music and Premium product partnerships team to help manage strategic partnerships that grow the overall YouTube subscription business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Resonsibilities:
• Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for a variety of partners, troubleshooting issues and responding to time-sensitive inquiries.
• Lead exploratory discussions with potential third-party partners. Negotiate agreements with first-party and third-party partners that support the growth of YouTube Music and YouTube Premium.
• Oversee all aspects of partnership launches and in-life management, working closely with product, engineering, marketing, and legal.
• Navigate cross-functional complexity to quickly and effectively bring open issues to resolution and drive incremental growth for our partnerships. Support departmental strategy and operations, including goal-setting, financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting, evaluating new opportunities, and presenting recommendations to management teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Analyze partnership effectiveness and seek ways to optimize growth. Influence the broader partnerships team with key learnings and strategies for future programs.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, product management, or tech consulting
• Experience negotiating and managing the implementation and execution of signed agreements with partners, and serving as point of contact to partner/internal stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in a professional services role (e.g. Strategic Partnerships, Management Consulting or Investment Banking)
• Experience reviewing business agreements and working with legal teams to redline and negotiate legal documents
• Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards
• Advanced level of proficiency with complex spreadsheets/analysis
• Knowledge of YouTube's and Google's products and the industries they operate within
• Excellent problem skills and attention to detail; entrepreneurial, persistent, and highly collaborative
