Job Description
The YouTube Product Partnerships team drives partner strategy and manages the key relationships that help to make YouTube's products more universally accessible and useful. We own the business side of new products and initiatives, and our strategic partnerships seek to build, distribute, grow, and protect YouTube's products globally. We know how to assess partnership opportunities in any situation, define a strategy, and work closely within our team, and with Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical partnerships that help evolve our business.

As a Global Lead, you will be responsible for driving partnerships in the mobile ecosystem, from OEMs to major platforms/services that are critical to YouTube's business. You will maximize the opportunities between partners and us, identifying creative integrations and approaches to help achieve our mutual goals. You will lead a team in defining and structuring strategic partnerships, discussing agreements, and managing partner relationships.

In this role, you will be an expert at breaking down complex issues and know how to work closely with product, engineering, legal, PR, and other teams to take on issues and identify creative, commercial, and technical solutions to address business and product needs. You will drive strategic approaches and problem-solve, navigate new areas of technology, and bridge the gaps across commercial, legal, and technical.

At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun - and we do it all together.
