Job Description
As the Senior Director of Global Creator Marketing, you will set the direction and drive the strategy for how we inspire creators around the world to embrace YouTube as an essential platform and help them be happy and successful on our platform. You will also work closely with Product, Partnerships, Operations, and Sales stakeholders to develop value propositions, scaled marketing programs, and campaigns that help the creator perception and product usage track with YouTube's multi-format platform across long-form/short-form video, live, and podcasting formats.

Resonsibilities:
• Direct and grow a Creator Marketing team across multiple markets while setting the global strategies and drive localized execution of Creator Marketing programs and campaigns.
• Partner with the Insights team to design, identify, and surface insights to aid the development of marketing strategies. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and evolve our value proposition for creators and develop YouTube's thought leadership about the creator economy and ecosystem.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns to optimize and scale impactful marketing around the world.
• Advance scaled marketing capabilities while advocating and accelerating marketing activities.
• Advocate for creators internally while understanding and advocating for their needs across the full creator lifecycle and working with cross-functional teams. Advocate for diversity and inclusion in our marketing campaigns and activities.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• 15 years of experience in marketing and brand strategy.
• 10 years of experience building and leading marketing teams.
• Experience driving and owning performance and brand key performance indicators (KPIs).

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience operating in a global role.
• Ability to influence and build alignment at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to prioritize and advance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and compelling speaking skills.
• Excellent a creative problem-solving skills and business acumen with the ability to work with agility and use research and data to drive actionable insights, build marketing strategy, and improve the consumer journey.
