Fast-paced, dynamic, and proactive, the YouTube Trust and Safety team keeps the platform safe. As a Program Manager, you'll analyze how we enqueue our content for review, work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and help manage operations. Whether directly engaging with our policy verticals, surfacing problems to our technical teams, driving analytical insights, or liaising with vendors to provide high-touch support, you'll enhance the global YouTubeTrust and Safety operation.

As a Program Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the distribution of overall incoming volume across YouTube Trust and Safety verticals and workflows, overseeing vendor agent forecasting and scheduling, and maximizing efficiency with our Workforce Management (WFM) tools. You will be actively engaged in both understanding the balance of agents across multiple sites, and also enhancing ability to drive areas of productivity and value. You will also contribute to the operational strategy and support model, and continuous improvement of business processes for managing our supply and demand for human content review.
