Performance Lead, High Touch Support

Job Description

As a Performance lead, you will have a critical role in translating Go-To-Market product launches, pilots, and experiments into actionable forecasting for our support teams that service users, creators, and/or members. You will guide business leadership on optimizing the accuracy of our demand models that enable our team staff appropriately.

In this role, you will provide support for the business teams, including performance measurement, causal impact, estimation, predictive modeling, and continuous feedback through actual volume evaluation, leading to data-driven business recommendations. You will be a leader and communicator, presenting insights to leadership across the business organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Resonsibilities:
• Act as a thought leader in the creation of planning, strategy, objectives, key results, KPI development and performance for the business domain. Make strategic and operational recommendations to achieve goals.
• Conduct discrete modeling on selected launches to impute material support contact changes.
• Work cross-functionally with business leaders, Global Vendor Operations, Business Technology, Product Specialists.
• Conduct non-routine analyses, including data gathering, processing, analysis employing advanced statistical and Machine Learning methods.
• Improve forecast accuracy over time.Track changes pre and post-launch to build an understanding of how changes impact volume to use as corollaries for upcoming changes by product.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering), or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
• 3 years of experience in manipulating data sets and conducting data analysis using SQL and Python.
• Experience creating executive communications (e.g., memos, slide decks, etc.) and presenting to non-technical/analytics audiences.

Preferred qualifications:
• Master's degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Math, Physics, Engineering).
• Experience designing data models or table schema.
• Experience in application of machine learning such as supervised/unsupervised learning, forecasting, predictive modeling etc.
• Experience working in consulting, direct to consumer or similar industries.
• Experience working with multiple functions/domains and managing projects.
