The YouTube Product Partnerships team drives partner strategy and manages the key relationships that help to build, distribute, grow, and protect YouTube's products globally. We own the business side of new features, products, and initiatives that are vital to the success of YouTube. We know how to assess partnership opportunities in any situation, define a strategy, and work closely within our team, and with Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to drive critical partnerships that help evolve our business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Resonsibilities:
• Own internal and external executive-level presentations, including partner quarterly business reviews, product reviews, and partner strategy or agreement approval forums.
• Define and shape GTM plans, execute communication documents, lead experiments/trusted tester programs, quarterly forecasting. Lead critical strategic and operational projects based on emergent business needs.
• Drive operational excellence, including setting and tracking OKRs and driving annual business planning. Own program management and tracking for key programs.
• Gather market intelligence and conduct analyses and modeling to develop insights, product/program data analysis (e.g., SQL, spreadsheets), dashboarding, and deck building. Define actionable plans and roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives.
• Drive hypothesis driven business strategy for YouTube products across users, partners, and creators.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, category management, growth strategy, or analytics, or 2 years of experience with advanced degree.
• 3 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.
• 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
• MBA or graduate degree.
• 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
• Experience using SQL or data analytics tools deliver insights and recommendations.
• Understanding of the OTT subscriptions, AVOD, SVOD, or telco ecosystems.
• Interest in business development and strategic partnerships.
