As the YouTube Marketing Manager, you will shape and drive the brand's impact narrative by helping policy makers and decision makers across public and private sectors better understand YouTube's contributions to economies and cultures across the region. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding insights about key opinion formers and building narratives while designing campaigns.

Resonsibilities:
• Influence global plans based on Asia-Pacific insights and market context while building YouTube's impact strategy for Asia-Pacific.
• Monitor the evolving policy, product, and cultural landscape of Asia-Pacific, commission regional research, utilize local insights to align the business on priority areas, inform product and policy improvements, and refine YouTube's external marketing messages.
• Design and develop marketing campaigns and cornerstone impact programs across priority markets.
• Collaborate on representing and advocating for market needs with global and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with global teams to lead product marketing for regional product launches, provide critical product feedback, and develop go-to-market strategies to support launches.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience as a brand marketing manager or as a reputation marketing lead in a multi-national company or nonprofit organization.
• Experience working in an Asia-Pacific market.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns and measurement frameworks to capture learnings and gauge program success.
• Experience in a regional role, effectively working with local and global counterparts to drive results.
• Experience building programs from end-to-end and managing a team to meet deadlines.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and influencing stakeholders internal and externally.
• Experience developing strategy and business plans.
• Ability to utilize research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve YouTube's relationships.
