Job Description
This role focuses on developing the tools and programs to scale distribution among the longer tail partners across CE manufactures and Service Providers. As a member of YouTube's Product Partnerships team, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams to identify programs to accelerate growth, while creating the tools to scale YouTube engagement across developing partners.

• Drive YouTube's device partnership strategy with Consumer Electronic device manufacturers.
• Lead negotiation and execution of term sheets/agreements with partners from driving subscriptions, app distribution, and marketing commitments.
• Build detailed account plans by top original equipment manufacturers, organize and execute Quarterly Business Reviews with top partners and drive YouTube presence at key industry conferences.
• Work with leaders and cross functional teams in bridging internal and external priorities, road-maps, and perspectives.
• Develop performance goals and data driven approaches to measure impact and success.


Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a partner-facing role working on negotiations and agreements.
• 5 years of experience with consumer electronics device manufacturers and/or Multichannel Video Programming Distributor service providers.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in the distribution, marketing, and the economics of Hardware devices from an OEM perspective. Ability to drive growth through strategic thinking and deep partnerships and work with legal agreements.
• Experience in fostering relationships, being an influencer, and building strong cross-functional collaboration with technical and business teams.
• Experience with deploying and/or distributing Over the Top video app(s) on Smart TVs.
• Understanding of the Smart TVs, streaming platforms, and hardware industry as they relates to video streaming technologies.
• Passion for digital media and entertainment.
