Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As the Global Product Lead, you will collaborate cross-functionally with a wide range of teams at Google to solve strategic challenges, commercialize features, and develop narratives/collateral. You will collect and synthesize market feedback to lead product development and results for our advertisers.

YouTube/Video Global Solutions is the link between Google video products and sales. Our mission is to fuel innovation that keeps YouTube and Video free and accessible to the world. We do this by translating global market needs into meaningful product solutions that drive business results for content partners and customers.

Resonsibilities:
• Focus on accelerating content monetization through YouTube Select and Sponsorships and leveraging Google's packaging tools.
• Develop knowledge of YouTube Select and content packaging. Establish yourself as the go-to expert on product and market requirements for the cross-functional team.
• Translate market and user requirements into product innovation. Partner with the Product and Market teams on feature prioritization for YouTube Select and supporting platforms/tools.
• Own all communications to regions/markets related to YouTube Select and Content Packaging.
• Partner with regions/markets on go-to-market plans and activation, including strategies to increase business, product positioning, research, and marketing/collateral needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in digital advertising or associated marketing technology.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience synthesizing user feedback and/or market requirements to drive product roadmap development.
• Experience working with multiple markets/regions.
• Experience managing projects across multiple functions and product areas.
• Ability to manage strategic and difficult business problems.
• Ability to work with and translate product offerings simply for executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
