Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In this role, you will be a strategic and influential seller to shape the future of Discovery and Action ads at Google. You will work closely with our Large Customer Sales (LCS), Go-to-Market, Marketing, gTech, and more to bring market, product, and competitive intelligence to drive success with agencies and advertisers. As digital has allowed for more sophisticated ways for advertisers to find their best customers, business growth for video is an increasingly critical focus area.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Resonsibilities:
• Pitch YouTube's ad solutions to key video clients in close collaboration and alignment with industry sales teams and agency teams.
• Set up video strategy for priority clients and collaborate on video activation plans for industry teams to accelerate growth, work with in-quarter video opportunities.
• Initiate strategic shift of TV and video budgets via deep TV/video expertise; discuss on eye-level with TV buyers and planners; work on annual video agreements, build up and develop relationships with TV stakeholders.
• Drive YouTube for Action business by creating sales collateral and narratives, identifying potential leads, delivering training, creating cases and sharing best practices. Equip and educate sales teams across DACH.
• Develop YouTube ad solutions, set up compelling pitch collateral, deliver training and other scaled initiatives to drive product adoption, manage communication channels to sales teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Media sales and media consulting experience.
• Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience using digital advertising to drive business objectives.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams, demonstrating an ability to influence peers/leadership through communications and business strategies.
• Knowledge around Display and Video ads and measurement solutions.
• Proven leadership skills, managing complex customer relationships, driving significant business growth, creating ''win-win'' environment that builds value in the long term.
• Demonstrated solutions skills with an understanding of YouTube product offerings, and ability to combined both into compelling customer proposals.
