In this role, you will be a technical leader, working with a high quality content moderation platform by delivering powerful policy enforcement capabilities, effective tools, workflow automation, and review management systems.

Resonsibilities:
• Lead the technical strategy, delivering efficient and high quality human reviews, automating operational workflows, and providing effective enforcement capabilities.
• Drive and lead software development efforts by directing architecture selection, software design, and execution at YouTube scale.
• Partner with Product, UX Research, UX Design, Operations, and other cross-functional partners to create and deliver innovative solutions.
• Mentor and manage a highly technical, and growing organization, including growing executive managers into strategic leaders.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
• 15 years of experience in full stack software development
• Experience in leading and managing teams
• Experience in motivating others

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in enterprise software
• Experience in user/consumer-facing products
• Ability to communicate clearly with a collaborative leadership approach
