Job Description
The YouTube Business Go-To-Market team is responsible for driving all go-to-market functions for the YouTube Business Organization, including strategy and business operations, analytics and data science, partnership enablement, and product activation. The team shapes go-to-market priorities to accelerate growth and resource the business accordingly, enhancing skills and capabilities to support execution of business priorities, driving efficiency across business operations, and building excellent go-to-market infrastructure (e.g., data, reports, dashboards). This team combines strategic, operational, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done and drive change across a global organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Resonsibilities:
• Build processes that enable all of YouTube to make high quality decisions and efficiently execute through the lifecycle of YouTube partnership agreements, and provide thought leadership and thought partnership to Business Development, Go-To-Market, and Finance leaders.
• Enable due diligence and internal approvals for large, strategic business agreements across music and media. Enable Business Development teams with agreement financials, analytics, terms, and other inputs to accelerate agreements and improve growth rates.
• Develop data-driven, portfolio-level insights on how YouTube can improve key business growth metrics.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners in Business Development, Finance, Legal, and YouTube Business Technology to improve policies, processes, and systems.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or Accounting), or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in commercial strategy.

Preferred qualifications:
• MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience in finance, consulting, strategy, and/or business strategy and operations.
• Experience working on high stakes, complex business agreements.
• Experience managing across senior stakeholders with competing interests.
• Excellent analytical skills, including data analysis and financial modeling.
