Job Description
As Commercial Counsel for YouTube legal on the Content and Product Partnerships team, you will work on drafting and analyzing a wide variety of film and television digital distribution licenses for YouTube and Google's growing digital media businesses. This role may also include providing product-related legal support for digital media businesses and a wide cross-section of YouTube transactional work. This may include counseling the YouTube business development team, the product partnerships team, and other key YouTube customer groups on their commercial agreements for such products as YouTube Movies and Shows, YouTube TV, YouTube marketing, and transactional projects for YouTube creators and various content verticals.20th century laws don't always solve 21st century problems, and Google Legal crafts innovative approaches for handling some of the toughest legal challenges of the information age.
