Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shape how new and existing business grows. You leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, evangelize and educate new customers about Google's latest advertising products and technologies. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You understand the details of individual campaigns and explore the business needs of our key clients. Working with them, you help define the vision and strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As Agency Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading the YouTube conversation with key partners. Your mission will be to drive our video advertising business across a portfolio of agencies. You will manage day-to-day strategic promoting and build growth plans ensuring that agencies are fully equipped to set and operate YouTube campaigns that leverage our platform's unique capabilities.

You will advocate for the YouTube brand and build trustworthy relationships across the portfolio, making sure that our partners get the best from Google both in terms of strategic consulting and servicing.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Resonsibilities:
• Build sustainable relationships with Consulting and Multiscreen teams at leading agencies.
• Drive video growth through YouTube and our video partners.
• Provide agencies with media campaign solutions and proposals.
• Develop and leverage an effective knowledge of YouTube and the video advertising landscape.
• Define branding strategy and drive product adoption at agencies, identify opportunities and support the business process, and contribute to cross-functional projects; acting as the main point of contact for agencies on YouTube related topics.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in sales or marketing at an agency, technology, or media company, managing executive relationships
• Ability to speak and write in English and French fluently

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in online sales and business development working for a client or for an agency
• Experience in digital media and managing large advertising budgets and campaigns
• Experience in account management and video campaign management
• Ability to drive results and collaborate with customers
