Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
As an Account Executive in this team, you will be responsible for driving YouTube activation strategies and sales with partners qualified in the YouTube Activation Partner Program. You will assess their needs and collaborate with cross-functional Google teams at the global, regional, and local levels to support YouTube business growth.

Resonsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders from YouTube Activation Partners to develop and execute joint business plans, create, and activate transformational roadmaps with our solutions and tools.
• Educate Google stakeholders on the role and operating model of partners and collaborate with sales teams locally.
• Identify pilot markets, client lead lists by market, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive activation.
• Partner with PR and Marketing to develop a comprehensive external communication strategy that promotes the benefits of these partnerships, including press releases and participation in relevant events and conferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams on the evolution of the YouTube Activation Partner Program, including qualification of new YouTube partners.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in online sales, advertising, marketing, or business development.
• Experience in client relationship management and cross-functional project management.
• Experience in video advertising.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with managing a partner or client relationship at scale in a multi-partner environment.
• Experience dealing with ambiguity and taking ownership of initiatives from inception to completion.
• Experience or knowledge of contextual advertising, the concepts of reach and frequency, or suitability.
• Understanding the benefits of API or tool integrations, or experience working with Google API availability.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively.
• Outstanding and persuasive client-facing and relationship management skills.
