Richmond is located two hours from beautiful beaches to the east, and about the same distance in the opposite direction to the colorful Appalachian Mountains.

Job Summary/Description:

WWBT/WUPV is looking for an experienced account executive with a strong competitive drive and determination to win. We are looking for a natural problem solver and relationship builder with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and be committed to developing new, local direct business.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with key team members to plan, develop and sell sponsorships across key categories
- Maintain strong working relationships with agencies and local direct clients
- Prospect and develop new, local direct business
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue budgets
- Accurately project and forecast activity of all accounts

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong Presentation Skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Experience with Wide Orbit Traffic and Sales product, Matrix/Monarch CRM preferred
- Ability to utilize research to enhance asset value
