Job Summary/Description:

Nashville's legacy station is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Content Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate thrives in a leadership position, takes initiative to tackle important tasks, acts with urgency and demonstrates excellent news judgement. A passion for crafting innovative strategies and enhance the user experience is a must.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Write and post content, including news stories, videos and pictures, across all WSMV digital and social platforms
- Promote content on social media through engaging posts
- Monitor news sources to develop news content
- Provide support to television producers

Qualifications/Requirements:
- At least two years of experience as a digital news content producer, preferably in a television newsroom
- In-depth knowledge of digital and social platforms and current trends
- Experience using a content management system
- Strong editorial skills
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment with a desire to win
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere
- Bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism or related field
