For nearly 70 years, WSFA 12 News has been the dominant television and digital media station in Montgomery, Alabama. WSFA 12 News serves a 15-county DMA and is central and south Alabama's most trusted source for news, weather and sports information on-air and online.

Job Summary/Description:

WSFA, Gray Television's NBC affiliate in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Business Development Account Executive to join our elite sales team. This role would be the lead in selling our State Wide Telemundo network, along with other on-air and digital platforms. In addition, this role will need to achieve high weekly activity standards in efforts to build relationships in our market. Candidate must be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication & customer service skills.

Duties/Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Sell new business on-air, online, and on mobile platforms
- Exceed budget through new business development
- Prepare to have a robust new business goal annually

Qualifications/Requirements:
- College degree preferred with Media sales experience
- Applicant should be bilingual
- Self-starter with the ability to interact and influence others in a positive manner while working in a fast-paced environment
- High achiever with excellent communication skills, creativity, and persistence
- Strong work ethic and integrity with problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to exceed budget and activity goals through new business development
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
