The person must have the ability to learn ENPS and how to craft compelling TV rundowns that emphasize urgency and immediacy. The candidate would be responsible for helping to produce early evening and evening newscasts in the event someone is on vacation or sick.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Communicate with anchors, field crews and control room staff
- Know strong social and online engagement tactics including slideshows, videos, links, polls, livestreams, chats, heat maps and more
- Strong news judgement
- Creativity in news presentation and online content

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be able to work well under deadline pressure

- Must work individually as well as part of a team
- Must have a strong understanding of journalistic ethics
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must be extremely flexible to work different shifts throughout the year
- Familiarity with Avid iNews and/or ENPS, Grass Valley Edius and Arc Publishing preferred
