Job Description
The WRIC Administrative Assistant provides a full range of administrative and clerical support to the Vice President/General Manager and other station personnel, ensuring excellent customer service always.

• Provides administrative and clerical support to the Vice President/General Manager and other station personnel.
• Provides word processing services.
• Manages calendars and appointments.
• Maintains files and records.
• Composes correspondence and prepares documents for transmission and/or distribution.
• Performs photocopying and other document production services.
• Digital campaign management, tracking, reporting, optimization and additional support.
• Digital creative processing, review and development.
• Create and maintain sales collateral.
• Work with data research vendors and provide analytic analysis to the various departments.
• Update sales inventory by updating current rates and program audience estimates.
• Assist sales team with presentation development and updates.
• Performs other clerical functions as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Skills:
• College degree preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a deadline driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Minimum two years' experience in clerical support or administrative assistance, preferably in the broadcast industry.
• Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners and other office equipment.
