Job Summary/Description:

We are looking for a Videographer/Editor that can shoot and edit video for on air and digital platforms. He/she will have a demonstrated ability to work individually or as part of a team to produce compelling packages on deadline and the time management skills to produce news stories for WOWT. This is an overnight/early morning position working with our Daybreak team.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Editing
• Shooting video
• Posting Stories on the web
• Posting content to station social media platforms
• Live shot operation

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism or Communications is preferred. Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma plus some post-secondary education
• Prior experience as a news photographer or MMJ is preferred
• Must have solid people skills and be able to function in a ''team'' environment when working with reporters and producers
• Ability to operate under constant deadline pressure
