Job Summary/Description:

Gray Television (WOIO CBS 19, WUAB CW 43, WTCL Telemundo Cleveland and Gray Digital Media) is looking for a smart, energetic Sales Support Strategist. You will work with the sales team to achieve revenue goals, support marketing campaign creation, and support both linear and digital media campaigns. The sales strategist will also assist in preparing proposals, presentations, sales collateral, and execution of sales orders. MVR Check is required.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Collaborate with sales team and build client solutions
- Work with sales team to build compelling multi-media sales presentations and campaign proof of performance reports
- Help plan strategic solutions and tactics for advertisers
- Work closely with digital team to coordinate execution and reporting of digital campaigns
- Client communications - perform as a liaison between clients and sales team, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Input broadcast and digital orders for account executives and sales managers

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Graphic design experience (Adobe Premier Photoshop, Canva etc.) is an additional benefit
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Previous advertising/marketing experience is preferred, but not required
