Job Summary/Description:
WMBF needs a strategic and innovative sales leader who can recruit, train, and motivate our sales team to new heights. The ideal WMBF Director of Sales is a driven, creative problem solver who capitalizes on opportunities to achieve revenue goals, develops new local direct business, and brings a depth of knowledge for selling across all of our products and platforms.
To s/ucceed, this leader's ownership of all aspects of ad revenue will help maximize ROI for the station and our clients, driving revenue growth for all WMBF properties and platforms, as well as expanding capabilities as they emerge.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Minimum five years of experience in local media sales.
• Minimum of three years in local media sales management, including experience leading people, strategic planning, and a track record of revenue growth.
