WMBF-TV is the NBC Network affiliate for the Grand Strand and Pee Dee regions of South Carolina and parts of North Carolina. This Gray Television owned station was launched in 2008 in Myrtle Beach, SC and was built as a state-of-the art High Definition broadcast facility. We broadcast over 39 hours of live local news and weather along with NBC programming to 8 counties along the Grand Strand beaches westward into Florence, SC. We also use digital media platforms to deliver Live, Local news coverage to an ever-growing audience in the 95th Nielsen market. Myrtle Beach is a family vacation destination for millions of visitors each year due to our white sandy beaches, more than a hundred golf courses, amusement parks and mild weather. It is a pleasure to work in a city where so many people want to visit.

Job Summary/Description:

WMBF-TV, the NBC affiliate in sunny Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our winning sales team. This position is responsible for leading our team's digital sales efforts. Our digital advertising platforms include: Streaming TV, Google, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Targeted Display & Video, plus much more! We function as a full service local advertising agency.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Assist Account Executives with campaign strategies, presentations, implementation, & reporting
* Research strategies and utilize in client proposals effectively
* Champion team digital revenue goals and benchmarks
* Stay up to date on digital marketing best practices and act as a mentor to our team
* Guide Digital Sales Assistants with best practices and check their work for accuracy
* Grow & retain accounts by understanding client KPIs
* Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, graphic design or a related field is preferred
* Microsoft Office Suite experience is required
* Knowledge of general marketing practices and exceptional communication skills
* Knowledge of digital marketing ad platforms (Meta, Google, etc)
* Experience within the following is a plus: Canva, Google Analytics, Adobe, Meta Business
* Ability to get along with others and maintain effective interdepartmental relationships
* Superior attention to detail is required
* Willingness to learn new skills and software regularly
