WMAR, The E.W. Scripps Company ABC affiliate in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking a talented Videographer to join our Commercial Production team. You'll use your technical expertise and creative vision to showcase our clients' businesses and products across multiple platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Capture and edit visual content for multiple platforms.
• Operate and maintain live equipment including microwave, satellite and related content gathering equipment.
• Work in tandem with Sales and station personnel to create and develop content and commercials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• Associates degree in related discipline preferred
• Generally 2+ years of experience in related field preferred
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• Proficiency with lighting and computer based editing
• Proficiency with live microwave truck operation
• Knowledge and demonstration of creativity and technical ability
• Knowledge of and proficiency in posting content to station's websites
• Able to work efficiently under multiple deadlines on a daily basis
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to provide proof of insurance with the company required insurance limits

COMPENSATION RANGE:
Hourly: $13.29 - $39.46
Pursuant to state and local salary transparency laws, the salary range posted is specific to candidates who will perform this work in Maryland.
