The Reporter collects, analyzes, and presents facts about newsworthy events by interview, investigation or observation for all platforms in a manner that is clear, engaging and meaningful to news consumers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Reports news stories for broadcast and digital Writing
• Superior on-air presence and strong social media presence
• Pitches stories relevant to the local community
• Shoots, writes, and edits news reports
• Ensures that all content meets company standards for journalistic integrity and production quality
• Interacts with viewers/users on social media sites
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to ad lib when required
• Creative, excellent writer, willing to learn and be a team player
• Develop great live skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
