Job Description
WDCW Washington DC's CW Affiliate is looking to hire a Digital Sales Specialist to work with our sales executives and sales managers to support servicing and maximizing station digital revenue opportunities. In this role you will help with order entry, client creative, traffic and accounting team needs. The Digital Sales Specialist is also responsible for performing various administrative functions required by department personnel as needed for client success.
• Performs a range of administrative functions for the Sales Department
• Order entry, client creative trafficking, campaign performance tracking
• Cross train with Local and National Sales Assistants
• Corresponds with customers and confers with coworkers to answer inquiries and resolve issues
• Prepare various forms and reports
• Monitor inventory for linear and digital advertisers
• Maintains files and other business records
• Support Reach Director with sales data for account executives
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:
• College Degree Preferred
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, organized self-starter
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum one year's experience in digital/administrative assistance, preferably in the sales or media industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Working knowledge of social networking sites and streaming content sites
• Work with multiple digital platforms for insertion, analytics, and reporting
• Monitor on-air and digital campaigns to ensure accurate performance
• Ability to work both independently and collaborate in a team environment
• Knowledge of digital marketing, digital advertising or digital media planning experience is preferred
• Up to date on latest trends in digital marketing service industry
• Resourceful, problem solver and a skilled multi-tasker
