Job Summary/Description:

WCJB has a Multimedia Marketing Consultant position open in our Gainesville office. We have one of the top sales teams company-wide. We offer a client list, generous compensation, extensive training and fantastic benefits (including a free health insurance option) as we are part of the Gray Television family of stations. Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Generate sales leads and close new business
- Sell products and services across all platforms (broadcast TV, digital, and social media)
- Provide input on sales promotion ideas
- Retain current clients and develop new business contacts
- Attain budgeted revenue goals through effective solicitations, promotions and service
- Understand the business objectives and advertising strategies of clients and find ways to help them achieve their objectives through effective advertising
- Our broadcast sales area is from Lake City to Ocala and points east and west; our digital footprint is everywhere!
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Proven track record of closing new business and/or building customer relationships
- Great communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and written skills
- Competitive, energetic and self-starter
- Professional appearance a must
