Job Summary/Description:

WBNG-TV, the CBS affiliate in Binghamton, New York, has an immediate opportunity for a strong leader in sales management for our multi-platform sales team. The ideal candidate will be driven, goal-oriented, customer-focused, and organized, with the ability to coach and motivate newer and experienced account executives. This important position on our leadership team gives you responsibility of revenue management for our station, which includes CBS, The CW, and MeTV, as well as digital opportunities on our website.

The successful candidate's responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:
• Create revenue-generating sales opportunities and solutions for all platforms of the station.
• Prepare annual goals and budgets.
• Collaborate regularly with the AE's on strategy and negotiations for key accounts.
• Consistently evaluate AE performance and provide effective training.
• Meet with all AE's weekly to ensure their professional development and success.
• Recruit and develop new talent.
• Meet with clients to develop and strengthen relationships and drive client retention.
• Effectively price and manage inventory and provide correct forecasting.
• Be active in the community, supporting our customers and local events.

Qualifications/Requirements:
