The Job
The Senior Manager, Brand Management & Product Marketing will lead the development and execution of global brand and marketing strategies for high-profile PC/console titles within Warner Bros. Games, including the Harry Potter franchise. Acting as a senior owner within the Brand Management & Product Marketing team, this role is responsible for shaping brand strategy, driving go-to-market execution, and ensuring creative excellence across all marketing touchpoints.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on ownership, leading complex campaigns end-to-end while partnering closely with franchise leadership, development teams, international marketing, and external partners. The Senior Manager will tap into the spirit and storytelling richness of the Wizarding World and other legendary universes with a strong instinct for fandom, culture, and what excites global audiences, translating franchise magic into compelling creative and marketing moments that resonate broadly in culture and endure.
The Daily
• Lead global brand and product marketing strategy for PC and console titles, including long-range franchise planning, title positioning, and campaign frameworks. (10%)
• Develop and drive integrated global go-to-market plans that align brand strategy, creative direction, and business objectives across titles and franchises. (15%)
• Serve as the senior day-to-day owner of cross-functional execution, partnering with development, production, publishing, international marketing, PR, social, and insights teams to deliver campaigns aligned to strategic and financial goals. (15%)
• Lead high-impact tentpole brand moments and cultural campaigns, including partnerships, earned media initiatives, and franchise activations, that are informed by data to extend beyond traditional game marketing and into broader entertainment and pop culture. (15%)
• Manage and guide multiple agencies, external partners and vendors simultaneously from briefing to execution to deliver best-in-class campaign creative. (15%)
• Oversee budgets, creative production, approvals, and operational processes to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on scope, and on strategy. (10%)
• Analyze and monitor campaign performance, player feedback, in-game data, and commercial metrics to inform optimization, apply best practices, and communicate insights and recommendations to leadership. (10%)
• Regularly partner with, present to, and report out to studio leadership and cross-divisional teams across Warner Bros. Discovery to align marketing strategies and execute cross-promotional initiatives. (5%)
• Provide leadership, mentorship and strategic guidance to team members and collaborators, elevating strategic thinking, creative judgment, execution quality, and overall brand marketing capability. (5%)
The Essentials
• Proven leadership experience in brand strategy and product marketing, preferably within gaming.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale campaigns or franchises.
• Strong strategic instincts paired with hands-on execution capability.
• Excellent creative judgment and ability to evaluate and elevate creative work.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across development, marketing, publishing, and regional organizations.
• Experience managing agencies, external partners, and complex review processes.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating within a large, matrixed organization.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $113,050.00 - $209,950.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
