As administrator, the role reports to the Director of the Credits & Clearances but also takes direction from the Vice President and Senior Associate of the team in the specific execution of credits as it pertains to Guilds, the MPA, WB's Internal Legal and Business Affairs departments for WB Pictures worldwide marketing campaigns.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Responsible for administering the credits on all advertising materials to the global marketing teams as instructed by senior team members.
• Updates and distributes all Domestic and International Ad/Billing statements enforcing Paid Advertising requirements for WB Theatrical film releases
• Responsible for the submission of all print material to the appropriate Guilds, MPA, Business Affairs and Feature Clearance as necessary.
• Maintains and updates internal guidelines with Intellectual Property/3rd Pary clearance restrictions.
• Oversees internal status report on the team's administration of the Credits & Clearances documents that are provided to marketing creative executives as well as downstream teams.
• Updates and distributes the Trailer Target Report.
• Maintains and oversees extensive library/archive systems of all Worldwide samples of reviewed and legally approved Ad/Pub (Print/AV) materials.
• Acts as back up to other Services department positions as necessary; back-up for the Executive assistant for the SVP of Marketing Services, team member onboarding, maintaining team calendar, etc.
Qualifications and Experience...
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in advertising/publicity preferred
• College degree in Advertising/Marketing, Film, Legal, or Communications related field preferred.
• Must be proficient in MAC Computer skills: PC proficiency.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to maintain orderly tracking system and well-organized processes.
• Ability to prioritize work and process to maximize efficiencies.
• Ability to use discretion and maintain good working relationship with all vendors, and team members.
• Knowledge of MPA, Network, Cable and Sports clearances strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with clip licensing, SAG agreements, Guild requirements, content clearances and/or IP issues is preferred.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $40,608.00 - $75,415.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
