The Position:

WBG SD is looking for a Sr. QA Analyst to join our team. As a foundational member of the QA Department, they will be responsible for helping stand up our internal QA team while building connections and coordinating with our internal and external QA partners. Additionally...
• Collaborate with a cross-functional group of developers to drive high quality standards and goals
• Coordinate with QA & Production teams to create schedules around testing demands for all departments and platforms
• Integral part in establishing QA methodologies and process
• Connect with other WB development teams to help better refine our QA processes and standards
• Mentor and teach more junior QA team members
• Will be part owner of build process and handoffs
• Note issues with game balance, translation errors, and documentation at a more holistic level than their junior counterparts
• Provide clear and detailed written reports of bugs and reproduction steps to the development team
• Advocate for QA needs with other development teams
• Help to create and analyse bug reports and dashboards

Requirements:
• 3+ years of QA testing experience
• QA Leadership experience
• Proactive; anticipates and addresses future problems and needs
• Excellent collaborator that acts as a positive difference maker for the team's success
• Experience with test management tools
• Experience writing test plans and schedules
• Solid understanding of test strategies and methodologies
• Experience working directly with game development teams
• Experience working with remote QA teams
• Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
• A deep love of video games
