The Job

The Creative Executive, Interactive Producer is responsible for assisting and managing the development and production of the Advanced Narratives (AN) content slate with a focus on the creative development efforts of AN productions.

The Daily
• Works with Head of Advanced Narratives and Neurotechnology to support content strategy with a focus on interactive content creative development
• Ensure alignment between production, design, technical, and other teams to ensure consistency across content plan and business goals
• Manages creative aspects from development, production, post-production to final delivery on projects. Work in concert with writers and production personnel from concept to script. Also coordinates with other creative executives and technical platform teams across the studio
• Develops pitch presentations to pitch to creators, directors, producers, talent representatives, and creative community
• Regularly review both creative direction and technical development by guiding developers on goals and metric setting, including quality assurance oversight
• Stay ahead of competitive trends and proactively review the slate of material and projects to continuously shape story development
• Defines technical requirements for product, VFX & production teams based on the creative
• Helps train production teams on interactive real-time production and virtual production processes and how they'll interface with custom platforms
• Performs other related duties as assigned

The Essentials
• 5+ years relevant experience within the studio/entertainment/production and/or technical product management experience
• 2+ years experience with interactive games creative development & gaming engine production
• College degree or equivalent required
• Knowledge of virtual production and VR/AR gaming engine processes required
• Having led complex cross-functional teams with the successful delivery of projects of quality and creative standards, with experience and strong decision-making ability to balance scope, capacity, budget, risk, and time
• Strong ability to learn new technologies

The Nice to Haves
• BFA/MFA and CS degree preferred
• Knowledge of story and film structure
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, and interpersonal skills collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and creative talent
• Strong leadership skills and a constant drive for results
• Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple projects at the same time in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinker and problem-solver
