The Job

Warner Bros. Games is looking for great people that want to create the next big hit in entertainment and change how players view gaming. Warner Bros. has brought some of most beloved brands to consumers such as Harry Potter, LEGO, DC, and much more in the interactive medium. We are looking to add an energetic, social, and ambitious professional who has a passion to create great games and win.

You will play a critical lead role in ensuring the commercial success of our games. You will work with some of the most talented producers, designers and marketers in the industry to help shape the strategy of our key products.

The Daily
• Drive strategy and support decision-making around product compliance
• Support execution of compliance projects and ensure stakeholders are aware of requirements and all available guidance
• Communicate cross-functionally with legal, finance, production, product management, publishing, and studio teams across the organization
• Develop and maintain compliance documents around best practices, templates, and examples

The Essentials
• 5+ years games industry experience
• Experience with project management and analytics tools
• Strong ability to organize information and workstreams
• Strong ability to communicate with and manage stakeholders across functions and teams
• Broad and deep experience playing a variety of games and having an understanding of what makes them successful
• Love to get your hands dirty and fill gaps where needed
