HBO Service Corporation seeks a Assoc Mgr Account Mgmt for the Cable - HBO Services-Partnership Management department.
The Associate Manager position is part of WarnerMedia's Distribution group. This group works with distribution partners to drive, deliver and optimize WarnerMedia content and services across the distribution landscape.
The Associate Manager role will be responsible for helping to grow subscription sales and app engagement across the company's service portfolio: HBO Max, HBO, Cinemax, the Turner Networks and Home Entertainment. As a key member of the team, this person will liaise with distributors, partner representatives and key internal stakeholders. This role will maintain a consistent stream of assets, analysis and information while actively supporting and capitalizing on partner opportunities. The Associate Manager will have the opportunity to make a big impact while working with a diverse and dynamic group of professionals across multiple business units.

The Daily
• Assist Partner Management team in all activities related to the day-to-day management of WarnerMedia's subscription businesses across multiple accounts including satellite, cable, OTT and telco affiliates
• Help to achieve target subscriber, revenue, and activation goals for the subscription business; proactively develop, implement, execute, and monitor business plans to drive KPIs
• Create and implement clear processes to track account performance
• Provide tactical support including account-specific analysis (weekly, monthly, quarterly reports), analyzing data, and providing fact-based recommendations to the team to drive revenue and subscribers. Monitor the execution of programs / placement. Perform regular campaign analysis and draw conclusions about effectiveness. Create and share best practices.
• Foster and maintain cross-functional relationships within WarnerMedia and external partner teams; participate and contribute in partner meetings
• Manage relationship with independent distributors including launching services, troubleshooting operations, executing contracts, supplying marketing assets and initiating/managing point of sale opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing, promotional opportunities, operations, legal, and technology
• Manage marketing budget, keeping track of spending and ROI. Work with team Coordinator to ensure expenses are tracked efficiently
• Stay curious and current with industry and evolving landscape, develop a point of view on new media trends

The Essentials
• Bachelor's Degree required
• A minimum of 3 years professional experience
• Experience in account and/or client management is preferred
• Strong Excel skills; proficiency in Power Point & Word
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, Slack, Asana is a plus
• Proactive self-starter with strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Detail oriented and capable of prioritizing multiple projects accordingly
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills; role is account/external-facing
• Positive attitude and team player
