Homemade Merchandise is a music and entertainment merchandising company based in Los Angeles, California. We partner directly with some of the world's best musicians, comedians, podcasts and brands for whom we operate e-commerce websites and organize touring merchandise on behalf.
Your role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Admin Assistant to join our team. This role will be essential for supporting various departments by managing specialized tasks related to data aggregation, document creation, project workflow, and inventory upkeep of multiple simultaneous projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a deadline-driven environment and have a strong background in data management, proficiency in tools like Monday.com and Google Sheets, and exceptional organizational skills to maintain and streamline processes across multiple areas.
Here you'll get to:
• Event Logistics: Manage tasks related to live events, including inventory shipment submissions, packing slip creation, and inventory reconciliation for accurate communication across all areas.
• Database Maintenance: Create and manage staff, contact, and address databases for easy reference.
• Data Management: Aggregate sales and market data to identify trends across various events; maintain up-to-date documents. Review and transpose documentation for visibility and accounting purposes.
• Project Workflow: Track and optimize key project milestones using tools like Monday.com ; monitor, and ensure plans are being executed. Implement and optimize automations and notifications between Monday.com and Google Sheets.
• Document Creation: Maintain essential live event-related inventory documents; update and optimize for summaries and reporting.
• Shipping & Receiving: Handle shipping label creation, monitor delivery timelines and accuracy, and ensure accurate information has been relayed
• Out-of-Office Coverage & Correspondence: Manage automated email inbox cleanup and draft responses for approval during out-of-office periods. Send initial communications in advance of events. Interdepartmental communications.
• Other general admin assistance as needed
About you:
• Proven experience in data and file management, operations, or a related field
• Proficiency in Monday.com and Google Sheets, Microsoft, and Acrobat.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
We'd love it if you also had:
• Basic understanding of Live Events - Concerts, Music, Podcasts, and other Entertainment
• Interest in Entertainment Merchandise, Fashion Trends.
• Familiarity with UPS shipping processes and label creation
• Experience with AtVenu, Front Email Client
• Proficiency in using Google Gemini
